- Drained cooling system. Removed the dash and all necessary components. Removed failed heater core. Installed a new heater core as needed and reassembled all necessary components. Refilled and cycled cooling system. Pressure tested and inspected for leaks – no leaks detected.
- Inspected cooling system level and topped off with water as needed for testing purposes. Tested radiator cap for proper operation. Pressure tested cooling system and inspected for leaks – verified the heater core is leaking.
