- Changed engine oil and filter. Lubed chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. – found the power steering fluid marginal in condition – recommend a power steering flush next service Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Tested operation of all external lights. Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. – found the air filter getting dirty – recommend replacing the filter next service Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34 and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.
- Replaced rear brake pads and resurfaced rear brake rotors. Road tested. During road test the warning lights returned. Continued diagnosis and found the brake pressure sensor #1 to be faulty, recommend replacing the brake pressure sensor.
- RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT AND MESSAGE
- Road tested and verified the concern. Scan tested control module and found code #C1360 – ABS module current. Performed brake system inspection: Left Front @ 9mm Right Front @ 8mm Left Rear @ 0mm Right rear @ 3mm – recommend replacing the rear brake pads, resurface the rotors and continue diagnosis (if needed)
