- Inspected and verified the concern. During testing the vehicle now fails to start at all. Tested and found power to the starter but the starter does not engage. Recommend replacing the starter assembly.
- Removed failed starter assembly. Cleaned connections and installed a remanufactured starter as needed. Retested and verified proper operation. Road tested and verified repair.
