Services Performed
- Changed engine oil and filter. Lubed chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Tested operation of all external lights. Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. – recommend a fuel induction cleaning Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34 and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.
- Inspected compressor drive belt, hoses and connections. Evacuated and vacuum tested system. – found the system to be low on arrival Added refrigerant and dye as needed to perform halogen leak test. – we can see evidence of leaking from the condenser Recommend taking to Mazda for warranty repair. Left the system fully charged at this time.
- Removed necessary components and performed upper air intake cleaning procedure. Reassembled and made any necessary adjustments as required. Road tested engine performance.
