Inspected and verified concern. We did not road test due to the noise. Inspected and found the left front wheel is binding when turning. Removed the tire/wheel, inspected and found the brakes are metal to metal and the rotor has been damaged. We found the 4WD actuator to be broken and the wheel bearing is VERY BAD. Inspected and found the right front cv axle is bent causing a bouncing feeling. Recommend replacing the left front wheel bearing assembly, the 4WD actuator assembly, the front brake pads and rotors and both front axles. We also found the power steering rack and both power steering lines leaking, and both the upper and lower ball joints have excessive movement.
Performed AAA inspection. – noted the engine light and the ABS light to be on – recommend to diagnose this concern Inspected all fluid levels and condition. – found the brake fluid to have excessive moisture – recommend a brake system flush – found the transmission and transfer case fluids dirty – recommend a transmission service and transfer case service Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected battery, cables and hold down. – the battery fails load test – recommend replacing the battery Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. – found the engine air filter extremely dirty – recommend installing a new air filter – found the serpentine fan belt to be stretched – recommend replacing the fan belt Tested antifreeze protection – good to – 34°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected tire pressures and depth.
Removed all necessary components and disassembled. Installed new front cv axle assemblies, new 4WD actuator assembly and left front wheel bearing/hub assembly. Installed new front brake caliper hardware as needed. Installed new front brake rotors and pads. Reassembled and reinstalled all components. Road tested and verified the repairs.
Replaced rear brake calipers, pads and rear brake rotors. Road tested.
Inspected all hydraulic components for leaks – none. Drew brake fluid from master cylinder. Flushed and bled entire brake hydraulic system until clean. Filled and bled brakes as needed. Road tested.
Installed new serpentine fan belt as needed. Road tested.

Inspected and verified the concern. Found the front blower motor does not work, the rear blower motor is working properly. Tested relay for the HVAC motor – good. Tested fuses – good. Tested for signal from the HVAC control module – found only partial signal from the module. Inspected the wiring harness – no visual problems found. Removed the necessary components to access and test the TIPM total integrated power module. Disassembled the module, tested and found the module is not supplying full power to the HVAC control unit. Recommend replacing the both the TIPM and the HVAC control unit. Removed the faulty integrated control module and cleaned the connections. Installed a new TIPM as needed and reinstalled all components. Tested and verified good signal the HVAC control unit – we found good power and now the control unit is sending proper signal all the time. There is no need to replace the HVAC control unit. Reinstalled all components, tested again and verified the repair.
