    • Road tested vehicle. Changed oil and filter. Lubricated chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and condition. –Found the transfer case fluid is dirty. – Recommend a transfer case fluid service. Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – good. Performed starter draw test – 10.11v- within specifications. Tested charging system output – 13.61v- within specifications. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -60°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected fan belts and hoses. Inspected filters and ignition components. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 7mm Right front – 7mm – Passenger front caliper had cordage wrapped in it. Removed the majority. Left rear – 5mm Right rear – 5mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. Inspected tire pressures and depth. Inspected steering and suspension components. Inspected exhaust system condition.

    • Drained and refilled transfer case as needed. Rechecked for leaks – none.

    • Road tested vehicle. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 4mm Right front – 4mm –Front Rotors Technician Note: Runout is @ .004" Max spec is .002" Not Machinable due to rust and Pitted on inside of rotor where pad rides. – Recommendation: Replace front brake pads and rotors. Left rear – 7mm Right rear – 7mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. – Recommendation: BRAKE FLUID SERVICE
    • Changed engine oil and filter. Lubed chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Tested operation of all external lights. Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34°F and Ph level good at this time. –Inspected wiper blades. – The rear wiper blade is worn and should be replaced. –*Technician Note: Center support bearing bushing is half way torn. Rec replacing now to prevent break down on road. -* Recommendation: Driveshaft replacement.
    • RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT AND MESSAGE
    • Replaced front brake pads and front brake rotors. Road tested and verified the repairs.
    • The technician removed all parts necessary to gain access to the driveshaft assembly. Removed the driveshaft and installed anew driveshaft assembly. Reassembled all necessary parts and verified the repair on the test drive.
    • Installed a new rear wiper blade as needed.
    • Inspected all hydraulic components for leaks – none. Drew brake fluid from master cylinder. Flushed and bled entire brake hydraulic system until clean. Filled and bled brakes as needed. Road tested.

    • Inspected and verified the concern. After applying slight pressure to the system we found the water outlet housing leaking. Further inspection finds the housing has broken. Drained the cooling system as needed and removed all the necessary components. Removed the failed housing and cleaned the area. Installed a new water outlet housing as needed and reinstalled all components. Topped off the cooling system. Pressure test and found no further leak. Road tested and verified the repair.
    • Performed AAA inspection. Inspected all fluid levels and condition. – found the brake fluid dirty – recommend a brake system flush Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected battery, cables and hold down. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. Tested antifreeze protection – good to – 25°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected tire pressures and depth.

    • Road tested and verified concern. Scan tested computer control system for stored trouble codes. — found code #P0442 – EVAP small leak detected Searched for any related service bulletins. Utilizing scan tool we performed EVAP system self test – failed. Performed EVAP system smoke test – found when the canister purge valve/solenoid is leaking when it is closed. Recommend replacing the solenoid and retest.
    • Changed engine oil and filter. – noted the valve cover gasket is leaking – recommend replacing the gasket Lubed chassis points (where applicable). – found both transmission cooler lines leaking – recommend replacing the cooler lines – found the left rear shock leaking – recommend replacing the rear shocks Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Tested operation of all external lights. Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. Tested antifreeze protection – good to – 60°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.
    • RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT AND MESSAGE
    • Disassembled components as needed to gain access to solenoid assembly. Removed failed assembly and installed new replacement. Reset engine control module and performed function test. System is operating correctly at this time.

Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Tested operation of all external lights. Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. –Front Wheel Bearings Technician Note: Right front has play. Rec replacing – Recommendation: FRONT WHEEL BEARING – Recommend replacing the right front wheel bearing. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -60°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.

    • Road tested vehicle. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: –Front Brakes Technician Note: 8mm or greater pad thickness remaining. It appears somebody installed metallic pads on the front instead of the factory recommended ceramic. The brake pads appear to be wearing the rotors. Recommend to install OE QUALITY BRAKE PADS – Recommendation: Replace front brake pads and rotors with oem quality parts. –Front Rotors Technician Note: Brake rotors were found worn lower than specified thickness allowed for resurfacing. Rotor replacement will be required if any brake repair is performed. – Recommendation: REPLACE ROTORS – We recommend replacing front rotors due to concerns found on inspection. –Rear Brakes Technician Note: 10 mm – Recommendation: Scuff pads machine rotors –Rear Rotors Technician Note: Brake rotors were measured. We found them within specified thickness allowed for resurfacing. There is some glazing present. Rotor resurfacing is recommended if any brake repair is performed. – Recommendation: MACHINE REAR ROTORS – We recommend turning rear rotors on our brake lathe due to concerns found on inspection. –Parking Brake Technician Note: Inspect parking brake shoes and advise during repair. Rotors must be removed inspect parking brake shoes Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid.
    • The technician verified the customers concerns. Performed systems checks for the rapidly flashing turn signal indicator. Found one left rear turn signal bulb inoperative. Removed all parts necessary to gain access to the left rear turn signal bulbs. Found both bulbs burnt out. Installed two new left rear turn signal bulbs. Reassembled all necessary parts and verified the bulbs now work and the turn signal indicator flashes correctly now. Performed inspection for the power lift gate issue. Scanned for codes and found code B153E-08 Lift gate sensor circuit issue. This code detects inconstant signal from the liftgate position sensor #1 and #2. This could be a faulty latch, faulty wiring or a faulty liftgate control module. We will need to diagnose further at a later date to find and repair the issue.
