Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34 °F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. – Recommend rear wiper blade. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected fan belts and hoses. Inspected filters and ignition components. – Noted the engine and cabin air filters are dirty, recommend replacement. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 7mm Right front -7mm Left rear – 5mm Right rear – 5mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. Inspected tire pressures and depth. Inspected steering and suspension components. Inspected exhaust system condition.

    • Road tested and verified the concern. While running the vehicle on the lift, we have traced the noise to both rear wheel bearings. Recommend replacing the rear wheel bearings and retest.
    • Performed AAA inspection. Inspected all fluid levels and condition. Inspected operation of all external lights. – found both front marker lights, both license plate lights, both brake lights and the left rear tail light all to be out – recommend replacing all these light bulbs Inspected battery, cables and hold down. – noticed the battery is leaking – recommend replacing the battery Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. – recommend replacing the rear wiper blade Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. – found the engine air filter and cabin air filter dirty – recommend replacing both filters Tested antifreeze protection – good to – 60°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected tire pressures and depth. – recommend a tire rotation based on wear
    • Disassembled components as necessary to gain access to the wheel bearing assemblies. Cleaned the area and installed 2 new rear wheel bearing/hub assemblies. Reinstalled all components.. Road tested and verified the repairs.
    • Removed all the necessary components to access all the burnt out light bulbs. Installed new light bulbs as needed. Tested and verified all the bulbs are now working. Reinstalled all components.

    • Performed AAA inspection. Inspected all fluid levels and condition. –Found the Passenger cylinder head leaking oil. – Recommend cylinder head gasket replacement. –Found the power steering fluid is dirty. – Your vehicle's power steering fluid is due to be serviced. –Differential Fluid Technician Note: Fluid good. Both full and drain plug loose and leaking. Tightened both plugs. Both rear diff output shaft seal leaking. – Recommendation: Replace both rear differential output shaft seals. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected battery, cables and hold down. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. –Our inspection showed your air filter is due for replacement. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -30°F Inspected tire pressures and depth.
    • Drained engine oil and cooling system. Disassembled as needed for removal of cylinder heads. Removed heads for inspection. Cleaned and prepared gasket surfaces. Reinstalled cylinder heads, all necessary gaskets and seals. Installed a new thermostat, drive belts, air filter and reassembled all components. Refilled engine oil and replaced oil filter. Refilled and cycled cooling system. Scope checked and made all necessary adjustments. Road tested and verified the repairs.
    • Removed all parts necessary to gain access to the rear differential out put shaft seals. Found the right rear debris shield was loose and let grime and debris into the seal causing grooving in the axle end. Removed the seals and cleaned the mating surfaces. Installed new rear differential output shaft seals and replaced the right rear axle assembly. Verified the shields are seated properly and reassembled all necessary components. Filled the rear differential fluid and verified the repairs on the test drive. Rechecked for leaks- none found.
    • Flushed and bled power steering system. Inspected system for leaks – none evident at this time.

Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -60°F and Ph level good at this time. –Inspected wiper blades. – The rear wiper blade is worn and should be replaced. The front wiper blades are worn and require replacement.
    • RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT AND MESSAGE
    • Tested and verified concern. Scanned for codes and found P1604 start ability malfunction. Performed Ignition system testing. Immobilizer is reading correctly. Tested for fuel pressure. No fuel pressure is present. Performed fuel system circuit testing. Power and grounds all check good all the way back to the fuel pump control unit. Power is going into the unit but not coming out. The fuel pump will run with direct power applied. The fuel pump control unit has failed and will need to be replaced.
    • The technician removed all parts necessary to gain access to the fuel pump control module. Removed the module and installed a new fuel pump control module. Reassembled all necessary components and verified the repairs on the test drive.
    • Disassembled components as necessary. Removed the cabin air filter, cleaned housing and installed a new filter.

Inspected tire pressures and depth. Technician Note: Front Tire Tread: 6/32, Rear Tire Tread: 4/32
    • The technician verified the customers concern. Scanned for codes and found codes c2021, c2022, c2023, c2024(tire codes) and c2521 abnormal speed fault. The technician readjusted and verified proper tire pressures and relearned the system. All sensors are now awake and reading normal. Verified the repair on the test drive.
    • Inspected all hydraulic components for leaks – none. Drew brake fluid from master cylinder. Flushed and bled entire brake hydraulic system until clean. Filled and bled brakes as needed. Road tested.
    • Disassembled components as necessary. Removed the cabin air filter, cleaned housing and installed a new filter.
