- Removed failed starter assembly. Cleaned connections and installed a remanufactured starter as needed. Retested and verified proper operation. Road tested and verified repair.
- Changed engine oil and filter. Lubed chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. – found the transmission, brake and power steering fluids dirty – recommend to service these fluids Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Tested operation of all external lights. Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. – found the cabin air filter dirty – recommend replacing the filter – when were the spark plugs last replaced? – recommend a fuel induction cleaning if not performed in the last 30,000 miles Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. Tested antifreeze protection – good to – 30°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.
