  • Installed new serpentine fan belt as needed. Road tested.
  • Power flushed and cleaned cooling system. Restored PH level and coolant protection. Protection good to -35.
  • RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT AND MESSAGE
  • Road tested vehicle. Changed oil and filter. Lubricated chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and condition. Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – passed. Performed starter draw test – within specifications. Tested charging system output – passed at 14.82v. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34 and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected fan belts and hoses. Inspected filters and ignition components. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 10mm Right front – 10mm Left rear – 10mm Right rear – 10mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. Inspected tire pressures and depth. Inspected steering and suspension components. Inspected exhaust system condition.

  • Performed AAA inspection. Inspected all fluid levels and condition. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected battery, cables and hold down. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. Tested antifreeze protection – good to – and Ph level good at this time. Inspected tire pressures and depth.
  • The technician verified the customers concern. performed circuit testing. Checked for power at the multi-function switch. No power at pin G, verified the STRG CTLS fuse is good in the battery junction box. Performed ohm testing and found 0 ohms resistance from the multi-function switch to the C202 at the base of the steering column and O.L. from C202 to junction box pin 12. Found a previous installed overlay that was for a Lo Jack possibly. Made the necessary repairs and installed the correct fuse. The turn signals all work now.
