Road tested and verified the concern. Due to the noise is coming from the passenger side we opened the upper glove box and lower glove box and emptied he contents. Road tested again and found the noise is still present. Removed the entire glove box door and road tested – found the noise coming from the glove box dampener. Removed the dampener and road tested – found no further noise. Reinstalled all components. We have left the dampener removed. If customer would like we can replace.

Inspected all fluid levels and condition. – found the brake fluid to have excessive moisture – recommend a brake system flush Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – failed. – recommend replacing the battery (warranty) Performed starter draw test – within specifications. Tested charging system output – passed at 14.86v. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 5mm, rotor slightly warped Right front – 5mm, rotor slightly warped Left rear – 3mm Right rear – 3mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. Inspected tire pressures and depth. – found a screw in the right front tire and the pressure is very low – recommend a tire repair – rotated the tires as needed Inspected steering and suspension components. Inspected exhaust system condition.

Inspected all hydraulic components for leaks – none. Drew brake fluid from master cylinder. Flushed and bled entire brake hydraulic system until clean. Filled and bled brakes as needed. Road tested.
Dismounted and repaired tire as needed. Tested and verified no further leak. Remounted tire.
Replaced front brake pads and resurfaced front brake rotors. Road tested.
Replaced rear brake pads and rear brake rotors. Road tested.
Installed a new ACDelco battery and cleaned the battery cable ends as needed.

Removed rear differential cover and drained differential. Cleaned and flushed differential. Resealed and reinstalled rear differential cover. Filled differential to specification.
Drained transmission and removed transmission pan. Replaced transmission filter and pan gasket. Reinstalled transmission pan. Refilled transmission. Road tested. Rechecked for leaks – none at this time.
