  • Changed engine oil and filter. Lubed chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Tested operation of all external lights. – found the left front turn signal bulb to be out – recommend replacing the bulb, not easy to get to Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. – rear tires are at 4/32" inner edge wear – will need 2 tires soon and alignment Tested antifreeze protection – good to – 34°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.

  • Inspected battery, cables and hold down. Load tested battery – 221cca and dropped to 8.18v . Performed starter draw test – passed . Tested charging system output – 14.4v . Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Tested the electrical system for a draw found draw to be within specification. Replaced the battery and retested operation, normal at this time.

  • Changed engine oil and filter. – noted the TPMS light is on – recommend to diagnose concern Lubed chassis points (where applicable). – found the left front axle leaking grease – recommend replacing the axle – found the air conditioning lines leaking at the condenser – found the power steering lines leaking – recommend replacing the lines Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. – found the brake fluid dirty – recommend a brake system flush Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Tested operation of all external lights. Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. – found the front tires at 3/32" – right rear tire is at 4/32" – left rear tire is at 6/32" and has a nail in it Tested antifreeze protection – good to – 60°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.

Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – passed. Performed starter draw test – within specifications. Tested charging system output – passed at 13.12v. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34 and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected fan belts and hoses. Inspected filters and ignition components. – found the cabin air filter getting dirty – recommend replacing the cabin filter next service Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 4mm Right front – 4mm Left rear – 7mm Right rear – 7mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. Inspected tire pressures and depth. Inspected steering and suspension components. Inspected exhaust system condition.
