Services Performed
- Changed engine oil and filter. Lubed chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. –Left valve cover leaking. Found the engine oil pan had a heli-coil in the drain plug hole. The heli-coil backed out with the drain plug. Removed the heli-coil and installed a new heli-coil. This will probably happen again. Recommend engine oil pan replacement. – Recommendation: Left valve cover gasket. Engine oil pan. Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Tested operation of all external lights. Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -40°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.
- RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT AND MESSAGE
- Road tested vehicle. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 10mm Right front – 10mm Left rear – 8mm Right rear – 8mm – The rear brake rotors have some glazing and very minor score lines. Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid.
