    Services Performed
    • Road tested vehicle. Inspected all fluid levels and condition. – Monitor timing cover for possible leak. Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – good. Performed starter draw test – 10.87v- within specifications. Tested charging system output – 13.42v- within specifications. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -25°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected operation of all external lights. –Driver's side fog light is out. Left front marker light is out. Replaced the burnt out left front marker light bulb. – Recommendation: Left front fog light bulb. Inspected fan belts and hoses. Inspected filters and ignition components. –Cabin Air filter is dirty. – Recommendation: Replace cabin air filter. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 8mm Right front – 8mm Left rear – 7mm Right rear – 7mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. Inspected tire pressures and depth. – Technician Note: Did not rotate tires today, 9/32" in the front and 7/32" in the rear. –Uneven wear, high spots, separation and poor ride quality . – Recommendation: Replace tires and perform wheel alignment. –Technician Note: Spare tire was very low. – Recommendation: Monitor spare tire for possible slow leak. Inspected steering and suspension components. – Monitor front struts due to light noise from mounts. Rear Axles & Wheel Bearings – Technician Note: Rear passenger's side wheel bearing is noisy, possibly drivers side noise too. – Recommendation: Replacement of your rear passenger's side wheel bearing assembly and recheck the drivers rear. Inspected exhaust system condition.
    • Disassembled components as necessary to gain access to the right rear wheel bearing assembly. Removed failed hub assembly and installed new assembly as necessary. Road tested and verified the repair.
    • Disassembled components as necessary. Removed the cabin air filter, cleaned housing and installed a new filter.
    • The technician found a poor connection at the fog light bulb. Repaired the inoperative fog light. Verified the repair.
