- The technician verified the customers concern on the test drive. Performed inspection and found the right rear wheel bearing is growling and loose. The left rear wheel bearing is starting to go out as well. Recommend replacing both rear wheel bearing/hub assemblies.
- Disassembled components as necessary to gain access to the rear wheel bearing assemblies. Removed failed hub assemblies and installed new assemblies as necessary. Road tested and verified the repairs.
