- Performed AAA inspection. Inspected all fluid levels and condition. – Your vehicle's power steering fluid is due to be serviced. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected battery, cables and hold down. — Found there is corrosion on the battery terminals. – Recommend battery terminal service. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. – The rear wiper blade is worn and should be replaced. Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. – Our inspection showed your air filter is due for replacement. – Our inspection showed your cabin air filter is due for replacement. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -40°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected tire pressures and depth.
- The technician verified the customers concern. Raised the vehicle for inspection and found a loud squeak when spinning the front wheels. Inspected further and found the drivers front brake backing plate rubbing on the bottom of the brake rotor due to the backing plate is bent. Straightened the backing plate and reassembled all necessary parts. Verified the repair on the test drive. The noise is gone.
