- Road tested vehicle. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Front Brakes –Technician Note: Found the front brakes are rusted up and the pads are not making full contact on the rotors due to corrosion. There is one broken wheel stud on the drivers front. – Recommendation: Your front brake calipers, pads, and rotors are worn/damaged. Replacement is recommended. Left rear – 5mm Right rear – 5mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. –The brake fluid condition is poor. – Recommendation: Brake fluid is due to be flushed.
- Changed engine oil and filter. Lubed chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. –The brake fluid condition is poor. – Recommendation: Brake fluid is due to be flushed. Differential Fluid –Technician Note: Dirty – Recommendation: Front and rear differential service Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Tested operation of all external lights. Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. –Cabin Air filter is dirty. – Recommendation: Replace cabin air filter. Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. Front Tires –Technician Note: Front Tire Tread: 4/32 – Recommend tires soon Tested antifreeze protection – good to -30°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.
