- Inspected compressor drive belt, hoses and connections. Replaced service port valves as needed. Evacuated and vacuum tested system. Added refrigerant and dye as needed to perform halogen leak test. Compressor still will not turn on. Digitally commanded the A/C compressor and it shows on. Performed circuit testing and traced power to the A/C compressor. Removed the passenger wheel well liner and found the A/C compressor was unplugged. Plugged the A/c compressor in and reassembled all necessary parts. The A/c compressor now turns on and the system blows cold. No signs of leaks. Verified the repaIr on the test drive.
