- Inspected and verified the concern. Scan tested for stored trouble codes – found code #C0569 – configuration calibration not learned. Researched for technical service bulletins – found one pertaining to this concern. Following the bulletin we performed the transfer case calibration as needed. Tested and found the 4WD not engages properly. Tested and verified proper 4WD operation.
