- Inspected and verified the concern. Noted after installing a new fuse and attempting to start the fuse fails immediately. Inspected wiring and connections to the starter – found no visual concerns. We suspect the starter has internal fault. Recommend replacing the starter and retest. Removed faulty starter assembly. Cleaned connections and installed a remanufactured starter as needed. Retested and verified proper operation – the vehicle has started countless times without incident. Road tested and verified repair.
