Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34 and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.

Tested operation of all external lights. – found the right low beam headlight to be out – recommend replacing the bulb Inspected belts and hoses. – tightened the fan belts as needed Inspected air filter. Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. – noticed the front struts are starting to leak – recommend to monitor Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34 and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.
    • Removed the necessary components and installed a new headlight bulb as needed. Tested and verified operation. Reinstalled all components.

Inspected air filter. – found the engine air filter and cabin air filter dirty – recommend replacing both filters Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34 and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.

    • Disassembled components as necessary. Removed the cabin air filter, cleaned housing and installed a new filter.
    • Drained and refilled transmission as needed. Rechecked for leaks – none.
    • Removed all necessary components and installed a new set of spark plugs as needed. Reinstalled all components and road tested.
    • Replaced rear brake pads and resurfaced rear brake rotors. Road tested.
    • RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT AND MESSAGE
    • Road tested vehicle. Changed oil and filter. Lubricated chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and condition. –Found the cvt transmission, front and rear differential fluids are all due for service. Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – good. Performed starter draw test – within specifications. Tested charging system output – 14.53v. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected fan belts and hoses. Inspected filters and ignition components. –Found the cabin air filter is dirty. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front -5mm Right front -5mm Left rear -3mm Right rear -3mm Recommend the rear brake pads be replaced and the rear rotors be resurfaced. Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. Inspected tire pressures and depth. Inspected steering and suspension components. Inspected exhaust system condition. –Found signs of rodent activity under the hood.
    • The technician drained the front and rear differential fluids. Filled with fresh gear lube and resealed. Checked for leaks. None found. Test drove and verified the repair.
