    • Drained the cooling system and removed all necessary components. Replaced the faulty heater valve as needed. Reinstalled all components, refilled and cycled the cooling system. Pressure tested and verified no further leak present. Tested and verified proper heater operation.
    • RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT AND MESSAGE
    • Road tested vehicle. Changed oil and filter. Lubricated chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and condition. – found the front and rear differential fluids dirty – recommend a front and rear differential service – found the transfer case fluid dirty – recommend to service the transfer case Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – passed. Performed starter draw test – within specifications. Tested charging system output – passed at 14.19v. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. – found the heater control valve leaking – recommend replacing the valve Tested antifreeze protection – good to -30 but the Ph level is too low. – recommend a coolant flush to restore protection Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. – recommend replacing the wiper blades Inspected operation of all external lights. – found the left tail light cracked Inspected fan belts and hoses. Inspected filters and ignition components. – found the center electrode falling apart – recommend replacing the spark plugs and perform fuel induction cleaning Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 2mm Right front – 2mm Left rear – 4mm Right rear – 4mm – recommend replacing the front brake pads and resurface the rotors Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. Inspected tire pressures and depth. Inspected steering and suspension components. Inspected exhaust system condition.

    • Cleaned windshield and applied Aquapel treatment. Installed new wiper blades as needed.
    • Inspected all hydraulic components for leaks – none. Drew brake fluid from master cylinder. Flushed and bled entire brake hydraulic system until clean. Filled and bled brakes as needed. Road tested.
    • Inspected and verified the concern. Tested and found the left front tire pressure sensor has failed. Removed and dismounted the left front tire and installed a new tire pressure sensor as needed. Remounted the tire and wheel and performed sensor programming. Tested and verified all 4 sensors are now working properly. Road tested and verified no further warning light.
    • Removed all necessary components and installed a new set of spark plugs as needed. Reinstalled all components and road tested.
    • Removed necessary components and performed upper air intake cleaning procedure. Reassembled and made any necessary adjustments as required. Road tested engine performance.
