    • The technciain verified the customers concern. Performed cooling system pressure testing and found a slow leak at the thermostat housing. The technician removed the thermostat housing and installed a new thermostat seal. Filled and purged the system. Verified the repair on the test drive. Checked for leaks- none.

    • Performed AAA inspection. Inspected all fluid levels and condition. –During the complete vehicle fluid analysis. We tested the brake fluid in the master cylinder reservoir. We found that the fluid there contains 4% or higher moisture content. – Recommendation: Brake flush recommended. –Valve covers sensor seals seeping. – Recommendation: monitor seeps. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected battery, cables and hold down. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. – Our inspection showed your air filter is due for replacement next service. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -25°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected tire pressures and depth.
    • The technician performed circuit testing for the headlight circuits. There is good power and ground at the connectors. Checked for resistance in the wires. The continuity checks good. fuses all check good and there are no broken wires. Performed performance testing and the voltage does not fluctuate with engine rpm. Replaced the 9012 bulbs (rated for 700 hours) to 9006 bulbs ( rated for 1000 hours). recommend to monitor to see if this improves the life of the headlight bulbs.

    • Inspected cooling system level and topped off with water as needed for testing purposes. Tested radiator cap for proper operation. Pressure tested cooling system and inspected for leaks. Found the upper radiator hose leaking at the connection to the "Y" connector. Recommend replacing the coolant Y connector, upper and lower radiator hoses.
    • Drained the cooling system. Removed the upper and lower radiator hoses. Removed the heater "Y" connector and cleaned the connections. Installed new radiator hoses and a new upgraded aluminum "Y" connector as needed. Refilled and cycled the cooling system. Road tested and inspected for leaks – no leaks detected.
    • Changed engine oil and filter. Lubed chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Tested operation of all external lights. Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. INDUCTION SERVICE – We recommend performing fuel induction service as part of normal maintenance. – Our inspection showed your air filter is due for replacement next service. Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. – Your vehicle's tires are due to be rotated soon in the near future. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -35°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.

    • Inspected and verified concern. We did not road test due to the noise. Inspected and found the left front wheel is binding when turning. Removed the tire/wheel, inspected and found the brakes are metal to metal and the rotor has been damaged. We found the 4WD actuator to be broken and the wheel bearing is VERY BAD. Inspected and found the right front cv axle is bent causing a bouncing feeling. Recommend replacing the left front wheel bearing assembly, the 4WD actuator assembly, the front brake pads and rotors and both front axles. We also found the power steering rack and both power steering lines leaking, and both the upper and lower ball joints have excessive movement.
    • Performed AAA inspection. – noted the engine light and the ABS light to be on – recommend to diagnose this concern Inspected all fluid levels and condition. – found the brake fluid to have excessive moisture – recommend a brake system flush – found the transmission and transfer case fluids dirty – recommend a transmission service and transfer case service Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected battery, cables and hold down. – the battery fails load test – recommend replacing the battery Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. – found the engine air filter extremely dirty – recommend installing a new air filter – found the serpentine fan belt to be stretched – recommend replacing the fan belt Tested antifreeze protection – good to – 34°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected tire pressures and depth.
    • Removed all necessary components and disassembled. Installed new front cv axle assemblies, new 4WD actuator assembly and left front wheel bearing/hub assembly. Installed new front brake caliper hardware as needed. Installed new front brake rotors and pads. Reassembled and reinstalled all components. Road tested and verified the repairs.
    • Replaced rear brake calipers, pads and rear brake rotors. Road tested.
    • Inspected all hydraulic components for leaks – none. Drew brake fluid from master cylinder. Flushed and bled entire brake hydraulic system until clean. Filled and bled brakes as needed. Road tested.
    • Installed new serpentine fan belt as needed. Road tested.

Inspected battery, cables and hold down. –Positive terminal has corrosion build-up. – Recommendation: Highly recommend battery terminal cleaning service to prevent wiring harness replacement. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. – During our inspection we noticed that your front wiper blades are worn and should be replaced. Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. Drive Belts –Technician Note: Cracks found on belt. – Recommendation: Serpentine belt replacement. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected tire pressures and depth. INDUCTION SERVICE – We recommend performing fuel induction service as part of normal maintenance.
    • The technician verified the customers concern on the test drive. Raised the vehicle for inspection. Inspected the front steering and suspension. Found the right front lower stabilizer link bolt was loose. Tightened all four front stabilizer link bolts and verified the repair on the test drive.
    • Drained and refilled transmission as needed following the procedures. Cycled the transmission and performed again. Verified the repair on the test drive. Rechecked for leaks – none.
