Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – good. Performed starter draw test -10.82v- within specifications. Tested charging system output – 13.98v- within specifications. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected fan belts and hoses. Inspected filters and ignition components. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front -10mm Right front -10mm Left rear -6mm Right rear -6mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. Inspected tire pressures and depth. Inspected steering and suspension components. Inspected exhaust system condition.
Removed necessary components and performed upper air intake cleaning procedure. Reassembled and made any necessary adjustments as required. Road tested engine performance.
Removed all necessary components and installed a new set of spark plugs and PCV valve as needed. Reinstalled all components and road tested.

Road tested and verified concern. Scan tested computer control system for stored trouble codes. Found codesP0AA6 hybrid battery voltage system isolation fault, C2300 actuator system and C2318 low voltage error. Performed inspections. The hybrid battery checks good, the 12v auxiliary battery checks good. No signs of water intrusion. Cleared the codes and test drove the vehicle. The codes did not return and the system is working as designed. Recommend the customer drive the vehicle and monitor. The customer reported the light returned but the vehicle was still mobile. Scanned for codes and found code P0AA6- hybrid battery voltage system isolation fault. Performed inspection and founds water intrusion at the plug side of the hybrid battery pack. Cleared the codes and dried the area with forced air and heat. The vehicle will need to go to a body shop for repair of the water leak.

Inspected wiper blades. – recommend replacing the front wiper blades

Road tested vehicle. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 4mm Right front – 4mm Left rear – 2mm Right rear – 2mm – recommend replacing the rear brake pads and resurface the rotors – the front brakes will be needed soon Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. – recommend brake system flush due to fluid condition
Cleaned and serviced battery terminals and cable ends as needed.
Disassembled components as necessary. Removed the cabin air filter, cleaned housing and installed a new filter.
Installed new wiper blades as needed.
Replaced rear brake pads and resurfaced rear brake rotors. Road tested.
Inspected all hydraulic components for leaks – none. Drew brake fluid from master cylinder. Flushed and bled entire brake hydraulic system until clean. Filled and bled brakes as needed. Road tested.
