RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT AND MESSAGE
Inspected and verified the concern. We can hear a belt noise but also noticed a loud squeal when backing up while turning. Inspected and tightened the fan belt as needed. Inspected and found noise coming from the front strut mount. This is not a safety concern. We recommend replacing the front struts and perform alignment.
Inspected and rotated the tires as needed.

Inspected operation of all external lights. –Inspect Exterior Lighting Technician Note: Both right brake and tail light out Both front marker lights out Inspected battery, cables and hold down. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected tire pressures and depth.
The low beam headlights are working as designed at this time but the front marker lights are both burnt out. The technician wiggled the connectors and tested the circuits for the headlights and they check good at this time. Removed all parts necessary to gain access to the front marker light bulbs. Installed new front marker light bulbs. Found both right taillights are inoperative. Removed all parts necessary to gain access to the right rear taillights. Replaced both burnt out right rear tail light bulbs and the burnt out right rear brake light bulb. Reassembled all necessary parts and verified the repairs.

Removed the driver door panel to access the window motor assembly. Tested and found the regulator has failed. Recommend replacing the window motor/regulator assembly. Removed the remaining components and the regulator assembly. Installed a new regulator assembly (includes new motor) and reinstalled all components. Tested and verified proper operation.

Road tested vehicle. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 7mm Right front – 7mm Left rear – 4mm Right rear – 4mm – found the left rear wheel bearing making noise – recommend replacing the wheel bearing assembly Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid.
Tested and found the left rear tire pressure sensor is not responding. Dismounted tire and installed a new tire pressure sensor as needed. Remounted tires, programmed the sensor, tested and verified operation. Road tested and no further tire pressure warning.
Disassembled components as necessary to gain access to wheel bearing assembly. Removed failed hub assembly and installed new assembly as necessary.
