• Inspected all hydraulic components for leaks – none. Drew brake fluid from master cylinder. Flushed and bled entire brake hydraulic system until clean. Filled and bled brakes as needed. Road tested.
• Removed and cleaned valve covers. Cleaned and prepared gasket surfaces. Reinstalled valve covers and replaced valve cover gaskets. Road tested and rechecked for leaks.

Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. – we removed all washer fluid and refilled with low temperature fluid as requested Tested operation of all external lights. – found both headlight marker lights and the right front side marker light to be out – recommend replacing all 3 bulbs Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. – found the engine air filter and the cabin air filter dirty – recommend replacing both filters Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. – spare tire was at 27psi, now at 60psi Tested antifreeze protection – good to – 60°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades. – recommend replacing the front and rear wiper blades
• RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT AND MESSAGE
• Removed the necessary components to access the burnt out light bulbs. Installed new light bulbs as needed. Tested and verified proper operation. Reinstalled all components.
• Disassembled components as necessary. Removed the cabin air filter, cleaned housing and installed a new filter.
• Installed a new air filter as needed.
• Installed new wiper blades as needed.

• Inspected and verified the concern. We can hear a belt noise but also noticed a loud squeal when backing up while turning. Inspected and tightened the fan belt as needed. Inspected and found noise coming from the front strut mount. This is not a safety concern. We recommend replacing the front struts and perform alignment.
• Inspected and rotated the tires as needed.

• Performed AAA inspection. Inspected all fluid levels and condition. Inspected operation of all external lights. –Inspect Exterior Lighting Technician Note: Both right brake and tail light out Both front marker lights out Inspected battery, cables and hold down. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected tire pressures and depth.
• The low beam headlights are working as designed at this time but the front marker lights are both burnt out. The technician wiggled the connectors and tested the circuits for the headlights and they check good at this time. Removed all parts necessary to gain access to the front marker light bulbs. Installed new front marker light bulbs. Found both right taillights are inoperative. Removed all parts necessary to gain access to the right rear taillights. Replaced both burnt out right rear tail light bulbs and the burnt out right rear brake light bulb. Reassembled all necessary parts and verified the repairs.

• Removed the driver door panel to access the window motor assembly. Tested and found the regulator has failed. Recommend replacing the window motor/regulator assembly. Removed the remaining components and the regulator assembly. Installed a new regulator assembly (includes new motor) and reinstalled all components. Tested and verified proper operation.
