Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. – found the power steering fluid dirty – recommend a power steering flush Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Tested operation of all external lights. – replaced the left brake light bulb as needed Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. – found the air filter dirty – recommend replacing the air filter Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34 and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.

    • RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT AND MESSAGE
    • Road tested vehicle. Changed oil and filter. Lubricated chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and condition. Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – good. Performed starter draw test – within specifications. Tested charging system output -good. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. –Found the water pump is leaking and the coolant/ Dexcool has a low glycol reading and is starting to solidify. Recommend replacing the water pump, thermostat and flushing the system. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected operation of all external lights. –Found the left rear tail light bulbs are burnt out. Inspected fan belts and hoses. –Found the serpentine belt is cracked and should be replaced. Inspected filters and ignition components. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front -8mm Right front -8mm The front brakes are very noisy. Recommend to run how they are or replace the front brake pads with a better quality pad and resurface the rotors. Left rear -1mm Right rear -1mm Recommend replacing the rear brake shoes and resurfacing the drums. –Found the parking brake lever and parking brake release cable are both inoperative and need to be replaced. Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. –Found the brake fluid contains 3% or higher moisture content and should be flushed. Inspected tire pressures and depth. Inspected steering and suspension components. –Recommend both front wheel bearing/ hub assemblies be replaced. Inspected exhaust system condition. –Found the check engine light is illuminated with evaporative system codes. Recommend diagnosis.

Inspected air filter. – found the air filter getting dirty – recommend replacing the filter next service Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34 and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.
    • Inspected all hydraulic components for leaks – none. Drew brake fluid from master cylinder. Flushed and bled entire brake hydraulic system until clean. Filled and bled brakes as needed. Road tested.
    • Replaced front brake pads and front brake rotors. Road tested.

    • Road tested vehicle. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 2mm Right front – 2mm Left rear – 3mm Right rear – 3mm – recommend replacing the front brake pads and rotors Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid.
