Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. –Found the transmission fluid is dirty. – Recommend a transmission service. –Found the brake contains 4% or higher moisture content. – Recommend a brake fluid flush service. Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Tested operation of all external lights. Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. –Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34°F and Ph level is at 6.5. – Recommend a cooling system flush if not already performed. ( due at 100,000 miles) Inspected wiper blades. –The spark plugs are due for replacement at 120,00 miles. – Recommend fuel induction cleaning with spark plug replacement.

    • Removed the necessary components and installed new rear shocks as needed. Reinstalled all components and road tested.
    • Inspected and verified the concern. Utilizing scan tool we tested all tire pressure sensors and found the left rear sensor is not responding. Recommend replacing the sensor.
    • Dismounted the tire and installed a new tire pressure sensor. Performed programming. Tested and verified all sensors are now responding. Road tested – light is off.

    • Performed wheel alignment and made necessary adjustments. Road tested.
    • Disassembled components as necessary to gain access to axle assembly. Removed failed axle cleaned area and installed replacement axle. Reassembled and road tested.

Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. –Found the power steering rack is leaking. – Recommend power steering rack replacement, flush the system and perform an alignment. –Found the transmission fluid is dirty. – Recommend a transmission service. Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Tested operation of all external lights. Inspected belts and hoses. Inspected air filter. –Found the cabin air filter is dirty. – Recommend cabin air filter replacement. Inspected battery cables and hold down. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades.
    • Disassembled components as necessary. Removed the cabin air filter, cleaned housing and installed a new filter.
    • Drained transmission and torque converter and removed transmission pan. Flushed torque converter, transmission and cooler lines. Replaced transmission filter and pan gasket. Reinstalled transmission pan. Refilled transmission. Road tested. Re-inspected for leaks – none at this time.
    • Flushed and bled power steering system. Inspected system for leaks – none evident at this time.
    • Performed wheel alignment and made necessary adjustments. Road tested.
    • RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT AND MESSAGE
    • The technician removed all parts necessary to gain access to the power steering rack. Removed the power steering rack and installed a remanufactured power steering rack and pinion assembly. Reassembled all necessary parts. Topped off and cycled the system. Verified the repair on the test drive.

    • Performed AAA inspection. Inspected all fluid levels and condition. –Found the transmission fluid is dirty. – Recommend a transmission filter and flush service. — Found the camshaft towers are leaking and oil is getting onto the exhaust. – Recommend resealing both camshaft towers. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected battery, cables and hold down. –Battery failed the digital load testing. – Recommend battery replacement. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34°Fand Ph level good at this time. Inspected tire pressures and depth. –Recommend a fuel induction service be performed with the camshaft tower reseal.
    • Road tested vehicle. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front -4mm Right front -4mm Left rear -4mm Right rear -4mm –Brake pads are getting close to replacement. – Recommend replacement at 2-3mm. Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid.

    • Inspected and verified concern. Scan tested computer control system for stored trouble codes. Found several codes: – C1241 – low/high voltage – P3000 – battery control system – P0AFA – hybrid voltage low – P0AC0 – hybrid battery pack current sensor circuit – C1259 – high voltage regen – C1310 – high voltage malfunction Searched for any related service bulletins. Performed test of hybrid battery and found block #2 and #3 voltage to be erratic. NOTE: The rear compartment has lots of water from water leak. Dried out the water as best as possible. Continued testing – voltage still erratic. Recommend replacing the hybrid drive battery and retest.
    • Performed AAA inspection. Inspected all fluid levels and condition. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected battery, cables and hold down. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34 and Ph level good at this time. Inspected tire pressures and depth.
    • Removed the necessary components to access the complete hybrid drive battery. Removed the battery and further dried the area. Installed new hybrid drive battery assembly as needed and reinstalled all components. Cleared all codes. Started the vehicle and monitored data – no concerns, voltage is good. Road tested and verified proper operation. NOTE: Recommend having the water leak fixed before any further damage occurs.

    • Road tested vehicle. Changed oil and filter. Lubricated chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and condition. – found the power steering fluid dirty – recommend a power steering flush Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – passed. Performed starter draw test – within specifications. Tested charging system output – passed at 14.25v. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34 and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected fan belts and hoses. Inspected filters and ignition components. – recommend a fuel induction cleaning if not performed in last 30,000 miles Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 8mm Right front – 8mm Left rear – 8mm Right rear – 8mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. Inspected tire pressures and depth. – no tire rotation needed this visit Inspected steering and suspension components. – struts appear original and the front are starting to seep – recommend to monitor or replace Inspected exhaust system condition.

    • Drained cooling system. Replaced water pump and water pump gasket. Refilled and cycled cooling system. Retested for leaks – none at this time. Road tested.
    • Drained transmission and torque converter. Flushed torque converter, transmission and cooler lines. Refilled transmission. Road tested.
    • Inspected all hydraulic components for leaks – none. Drew brake fluid from master cylinder. Flushed and bled entire brake hydraulic system until clean. Filled and bled brakes as needed. Road tested.
    • Removed air intake boot. Cleaned and serviced throttle body and reset minimum air rate. Reinstalled air intake boot. Road tested.
    • RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT AND MESSAGE
    • Road tested vehicle. – noted the water pump to be noisy – recommend replacing the water pump – noted the brake pedal feels soft – recommend to perform brake system flush Changed oil and filter. – added Lucas oil stabilizer, recommend to add every oil change and perform oil changes every 3,000 miles Lubricated chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and condition. – found the transmission fluid dirty – recommend transmission flush Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – passed. Performed starter draw test – within specifications. Tested charging system output – passed at 14.11v. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34 and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected fan belts and hoses. Inspected filters and ignition components. – recommend to clean the throttle body Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 5mm Right front – 5mm Left rear – 7mm Right rear – 7mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. Inspected tire pressures and depth. – tire rotation is not needed, the best tires are on the front Inspected steering and suspension components. Inspected exhaust system condition.
