Road tested vehicle. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 5mm Right front – 4mm Left rear – 5mm Right rear – 5mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid.
Disassembled components as necessary. Removed the cabin air filter, cleaned housing and installed a new filter.

Inspected all fluid levels and condition. –Transmission Fluid – Technician Note: The transmission fluid is discolored and likely contaminated. –Power Steering Fluid Technician Note: Powers Steering fluid is dirty/contaminated. – Recommendation: Power steering fluid is ok at this time. It is due to be flushed soon based on vehicle's mileage. Recommendation: Your vehicle's transmission fluid is due for service soon based on vehicle's mileage. Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – good. Performed starter draw test -10.55v- within specifications. Tested charging system output -14.19v- within specifications. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -25°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected fan belts and hoses. Inspected filters and ignition components. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 5mm Right front – 5mm Left rear – 5mm Right rear – 5mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. Inspected tire pressures and depth. Inspected steering and suspension components. Inspected exhaust system condition.

Disassembled components as necessary. Removed the cabin air filter, cleaned housing and installed a new filter.
Drained transmission and torque converter. Flushed torque converter, transmission and cooler lines. Refilled transmission. Road tested.
Flushed and bled power steering system. Inspected system for leaks – none evident at this time.

Started the vehicle several times and verified concern. Scan tested computer control system for stored trouble codes. No codes present. Monitored PIDS ( on board diagnostics parameter ID's). all check OK. Tested starter signal and it checks good. Tapped the starter and the vehicle starts. The bendix in the starter is sticking. Recommend starter replacement.

Inspected and verified the concern. During testing the vehicle now fails to start at all. Tested and found power to the starter but the starter does not engage. Recommend replacing the starter assembly.
