    • Disassembled components as necessary. Removed failed shocks and installed new replacements.
    • Disassembled components as necessary. Removed the cabin air filter, cleaned housing and installed a new filter.
    • Drained the cooling system. Removed fan belts, timing cover and all necessary components. Replaced the front engine seals, water pump and timing belt tensioner. Installed a new timing belt. Reinstalled timing cover and fan belts. Refilled and cycled the cooling system as needed. Road tested.
    • Drained transmission and torque converter. Flushed torque converter, transmission and cooler lines. Refilled transmission. Road tested.
    • Flushed and bled power steering system. Inspected system for leaks – none evident at this time.
    • Inspected all hydraulic components for leaks – none. Drew brake fluid from master cylinder. Flushed and bled entire brake hydraulic system until clean. Filled and bled brakes as needed. Road tested.

Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. – found the brake fluid dirty – recommend a brake system flush – noted the valve cover gaskets are leaking – recommend replacing the gaskets Inspected operation of all external lights. – found the left headlight to have water in it – recommend replacing the headlight assembly Inspected battery, cables and hold down. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. – recommend replacing the wiper blades Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. – has the timing belt been replaced? It is over due by time. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34 and Ph level good at this time. Inspected tire pressures and depth.
    • Removed all necessary components and removed the knock sensor and wiring harness. Cleaned the area. Installed a new sensor and wiring harness as needed. Reinstalled all components. Scope tested sensor and verified proper operation. Cleared code and reset the computer. Road tested and verified repair.
    • RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT AND MESSAGE
    • Road tested and verified concern. Scan tested computer control system for stored trouble codes. – found code #P0325 – knock sensor circuit malfunction Searched for any related service bulletins. Removed necessary components to get a visual of the sensor and harness – found the wiring harness has been damaged (rodents ate through it). Recommend replacing the knock sensor and harness, clean the area and retest.

    • Drained the cooling system. Removed fan belts, timing cover and all necessary components. Replaced the front engine seals, water pump and timing belt tensioner. Installed a new timing belt. Reinstalled timing cover and fan belts. Replaced the thermostat. Refilled and cycled the cooling system as needed. Road tested.
    • Flushed and bled power steering system. Inspected system for leaks – none evident at this time.
    • Inspected all hydraulic components for leaks – none. Drew brake fluid from master cylinder. Flushed and bled entire brake hydraulic system until clean. Filled and bled brakes as needed. Road tested.
    • Installed a new air filter as needed.
    • Performed wheel alignment and made necessary adjustments. Road tested.
    • Removed faulty power steering pump. Cleaned area and installed remanufactured pump as needed. Reinstalled the fan belt. Refilled system. Road tested and reinspected for leaks – no further leaks at this time.
    • The technician removed all parts necessary to gain access to the knock sensor. Found the knock sensor wiring harness has been chewed up. Installed a new knock sensor wiring harness. Reassembled all necessary parts. Cleared the codes and verified the repair on the test drive.
    • The technician removed all parts necessary to gain access to the power steering rack. Removed the power steering rack and installed a remanufactured power steering rack and pinion assembly.
    • The technician removed the front sway bar end links. Installed new sway bar end links and verified the repair on the test drive.
    • The technician removed the power steering reservoir and installed a new reservoir.

    • Drained transmission and torque converter. Flushed torque converter, transmission and cooler lines. Refilled transmission. Road tested.
    • Inspected all hydraulic components for leaks – none. Drew brake fluid from master cylinder. Flushed and bled entire brake hydraulic system until clean. Filled and bled brakes as needed. Road tested.
    • Removed necessary components and performed upper air intake cleaning procedure. Reassembled and made any necessary adjustments as required. Road tested engine performance.
    • Road tested vehicle. Changed oil and filter. Lubricated chassis points (where applicable). Inspected all fluid levels and condition. –Found the brake fluid contains 3% moisture content and the fluid is dark. Recommend a brake fluid flush service. –Found the transmission fluid is dirty. Recommend a transmission fluid service. Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – good. Performed starter draw test – within specifications. Tested charging system output – good. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -34°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. –Found the front wiper blades are worn. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected fan belts and hoses. Inspected filters and ignition components. –Found the cabin air filter is very dirty and needs to be replaced. –Recommend a fuel induction cleaning service be performed. Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front- 5mm Right front- 5mm Left rear- 6mm Right rear- 6mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. –Found the brake fluid contains 3% moisture content and the fluid is dark. Recommend a brake fluid flush service. Inspected tire pressures and depth. –Found a nail in the left rear tire. Recommend a tire repair. Inspected steering and suspension components. Inspected exhaust system condition.
