Performed AAA inspection. Inspected all fluid levels and condition. – Your vehicle's power steering fluid is due to be serviced. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected battery, cables and hold down. — Found there is corrosion on the battery terminals. – Recommend battery terminal service. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. – The rear wiper blade is worn and should be replaced. Inspected belts and hoses and air filter. – Our inspection showed your air filter is due for replacement. – Our inspection showed your cabin air filter is due for replacement. Tested antifreeze protection – good to -40°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected tire pressures and depth.
The technician verified the customers concern. Raised the vehicle for inspection and found a loud squeak when spinning the front wheels. Inspected further and found the drivers front brake backing plate rubbing on the bottom of the brake rotor due to the backing plate is bent. Straightened the backing plate and reassembled all necessary parts. Verified the repair on the test drive. The noise is gone.

Inspected all fluid levels and condition. – found the brake fluid at 3% moisture – recommend a brake system flush – found the rear differential fluid dirty with burnt odor – recommend a rear differential fluid service Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – passed. Performed starter draw test – within specifications. Tested charging system output – passed at 14.33v. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. Tested antifreeze protection – good to – 40°F and Ph level good at this time. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected fan belts and hoses. Inspected filters and ignition components. – found the engine air filter and cabin air filter dirty – recommend replacing the filters Performed complete brake system inspection. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 8mm Right front – 8mm Left rear – 6mm Right rear – 6mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. Inspected tire pressures and depth. Inspected steering and suspension components. Inspected exhaust system condition.

Installed a new air filter as needed.
Disassembled components as necessary. Removed the cabin air filter, cleaned housing and installed a new filter.
Inspected all hydraulic components for leaks – none. Drew brake fluid from master cylinder. Flushed and bled entire brake hydraulic system until clean. Filled and bled brakes as needed. Road tested.
Performed rear differential fluid service as needed. Road tested.

Tested the alternator output – passed at 14.27v. Tested and found the parasitic drain is within specifications. Started many times without concern.

Resurfaced the front brake rotors, cleaned and deglazed the brake pads. Verified the repairs on the test drive.

Inspected but we could not duplicate the noise. Inspected engine area as well as the undercarriage – found an exhaust heat shield bent and rattling. Re positioned and corrected as necessary. We are not sure if this was the noise. Recommend to return if symptom continues.
